“últimas palavras” tem como ponto de partida diálogos com inteligências artificiais e excertos da dramaturgia “Necrovisage”, escrita por mim em 2019. As conversas são guiadas por uma pergunta impossível: quais foram as últimas palavras do meu pai? A pergunta busca evidenciar a incapacidade dos modelos de linguagem utilizados de gerar uma resposta, recorrendo a textos genéricos que mantém um grau de desconexão com o autor da pergunta. As respostas foram então sintetizadas em áudio, e condensadas com a cena da dramaturgia citada em que um motorista de rabecão faz perguntas para seus passageiros, que inevitavelmente não respondem.

“Last words” takes as its starting point dialogues with artificial intelligences and excerpts from the play Necrovisage, written by me in 2019. The conversations are guided by an impossible question: What were my father’s last words? The question aims to highlight the inability of the language models used to generate an answer, instead producing generic texts that maintain a degree of disconnection from the author of the question. The responses were then synthesized into audio and condensed with the scene from the play in which a hearse driver asks questions of their passengers, who inevitably do not answer.
